Hi there!

I’m Khoi Tran, the founder and designer of LKBirch. If you’ve spent any time in the world of DIY crafts, you might know me from my other passion: creating intricate wooden book nooks and miniature kits.

For years, I’ve been obsessed with the art of storytelling through wood. I’ve spent countless hours in my workshop in Vietnam, perfecting the craft of laser-cutting and hand-assembling tiny, detailed worlds that fit on a bookshelf. That journey taught me one thing: the details matter.

The Evolution of LKBirch

After years of focusing on miniatures, I wanted to create something that moved—something that had a rhythm and a personality of its own. I looked at the traditional wall clock and saw an opportunity to bring that same "book nook magic" to a functional home decor piece.

That’s how LKBirch was born. By taking the precision and craftsmanship I developed from making miniatures and applying it to high-quality birch wood, I’ve created a family of pendulum clocks—like Penny the Pug and Biscuit the Capybara—that do more than just keep time; they bring your walls to life.
