Is this clock going to keep me up at night with a "tick-tock" sound?
Not at all! We use a high-quality, silent quartz movement. There’s no ticking sound, so you can hang it in your bedroom or nursery without a worry. The only thing moving is the silent, rhythmic swing of the pendulum.
What kind of wood is used? Is it durable?
We use premium birch plywood, precision-cut with high-end lasers. It’s sturdy, lightweight, and designed to last. To keep it looking its best, just keep it in a dry area away from direct sunlight or heavy moisture.
How big is the clock exactly?
Most of our clocks measure between 10 to 12.5 inches (25-32cm) in height. You can find the exact dimensions for each specific design in the "Product Details" section above. They are the perfect size to be a statement piece without overwhelming your wall.
Do I need to be a DIY expert to put this together?
Nope! We’ve designed these for "frustration-free" assembly. It usually takes less than 2 minutes. We include a simple step-by-step guide in the box. Just pop in a battery, hook the pendulum onto the hanger, and you’re good to go!
What kind of battery does it require?
It runs on a single standard AA battery. We recommend using a high-quality Alkaline battery for the best performance.

Is it hard to hang on the wall?
Easy peasy. There is a built-in hanging hole on the back of the clock motor. A simple small nail or a Command hook will hold it securely since the wood is lightweight.
It looks delicate—will it break during shipping?
We take packaging very seriously. Each clock is nestled in custom-cut foam and encased in a heavy-duty box to withstand the journey to your doorstep. Our damage rate is incredibly low!
What happens if my order arrives damaged or doesn't work?
Don't sweat it. If your clock arrives with any "battle scars" from shipping or has a manufacturing defect, just snap a photo and email us within 48 hours. We will send you a brand-new replacement immediately, free of charge. Your happiness is our top priority.
How long does shipping take to the US?
We usually process and test each clock within 1-2 business days to ensure everything is perfect. Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships so you can follow its journey home.
