At LKBirch, we craft our wooden clocks with passion, precision, and the finest natural materials. We stand firmly behind the quality of our craftsmanship, which is why we are proud to offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser of our wooden timepieces.

We promise that your LKBirch clock will stand the test of time. If it doesn’t, we will make it right.

1. What is Covered under the Lifetime Warranty?
This warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing craftsmanship under normal use. For the lifetime of the product, LKBirch will repair or replace (at our discretion) the core components of the watch, free of charge, if they prove to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship.

Covered components include:

The internal watch movement (quartz or automatic mechanism).

The watch dial, hands, and hour markers.

Severe, non-inflicted structural cracking of the wooden clock case or wooden band.

2. What is NOT Covered? (Warranty Exclusions)
While wood is tough, it is a natural, living material, and watches are subject to daily wear. This warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear and Tear: Natural scratches, scuffs, fading of colors, or changes in the patina of the wood over time.

Water Damage: While our watches are splash-resistant (rain and handwashing), they are crafted from natural wood and are not waterproof. Damage caused by swimming, showering, or submersion is not covered.

Abuse and Accidents: Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents (dropping, smashing, crushing), or unauthorized alterations/repairs by third parties.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If your watch experiences a manufacturing defect, making a claim is simple:

Take Photos/Videos: Snap clear pictures or a short video showing the defect or issue.

Email Us: Send your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the media to hi@lkbirch.com.

Evaluation: Our quality control team will review your claim within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your watch for repair or replacement.

Note: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the watch to our service center. LKBirch will cover the shipping costs to return the repaired or replaced clock back to you.

4. Remedies & Limitations
If the exact model of your watch is discontinued or unavailable, we will replace it with a model of equal value and similar style from our current collection.

This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser who bought the product directly from lkbirch.com.
